Our values are embodied in our Code of Ethics. The code applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and directors. It contains specific guidelines governing how we work and helps us respond appropriately in situations where the correct course of action may not be clear.
Board members, our CEO and other senior financial officers are bound also by the provisions set forth in the Code of Ethics for CEO and Senior Financial Officers.

Each individual is required to participate in an annual review of the Code of Ethics to reinforce core values and commitment to full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Training for compliance on more technical topics is offered throughout the year via internal and external training led by subject matter experts.
Reports of suspected violations can be reported to the OGE mPOWERLINE at 1-877-TELLOGE (835-5643) which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The mPOWERLINE also provides guidance on legal and regulatory requirements and conduct matters. Callers can report concerns anonymously. Suspected violations also can be reported in confidence and anonymously at www.ethicspoint.com.
Risk assessment and management is an ongoing process as rules, laws, services and technology changes. Our goal is to prevent violations of any requirements.
Members of the OGE Board of Directors’ Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and senior officers provide oversight and guidance of the company compliance and ethics program.
